A creamy, melty take on mozzarella, with refreshing hits of a casalinga style basil pesto, and garlic. Made from unpasteurised soya milk, and organic soya beans, churned in small batches in London.


Torn into fresh summer tomato salads, eaten as is, or melted on to white base pizzas, bruschetta.

Once opened, wrap in paper towel to avoid moisture and keep in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated below 5C and consume within 3 days after opening. Freezes well, but best eaten melted once defrosted.
